I just had an incredible experience with Chap Mechanical LLC! From the initial phone call and conversation with AJ and Jay to the 2 technicians whom came out and replaced my water heater. I had a leak in my Rinnai tankless hot water heater that was causing quite a bit of frustration due to it would stop producing hot water. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and scheduled a visit promptly which we agree to replace the older Rinnai with a newer Rinnai tankless hot water heater. The technicians Drew and Neiko was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They came in and respected my home which I did not even have to let them know to put booties on there shoes, they did that on there own. They came in and drew up a game plan swiftly and executed it with great attention to detail. Not only was the issue resolved, but my faucet works better than ever! The pressure and temp was better. Their pricing was transparent and fair, and they left the workspace tidy, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Chap Mechanical LLC to anyone in need of plumbing services. We hired Chap to remodel our guest bathroom after we had a shower leak, and I couldn't be happier. Randy came out to give us the estimate and walked us through the entire process in a way that made us feel comfortable and not pressured (like some other quotes we got). After that, Barbara was our main contact and she was amazing as well. Nothing but courtesy and professionalism. If there were any delays on material or changes of any kind, we knew about them right away and were never left in the dark. Drew and his crew who did the work, did an amazing job.
