My brake caliper fell off on my jeep because the last mechanic didn’t tighten it properly which punctured a hole in my rim. Elite towed the jeep to their shop and put a new bowl in and swapped over the spare tire. They charged me $320 for that.
When I called, I specifically said that I need the spare rim swapped over to the current tire that was flat. I told them my spare deflates after just a day. They did not do this so now I have to pump my tire up from 10 PSI to 35 every single day. They also said that the price estimate would be 300. Worst case scenario I need a new caliper but it was over that and they didn’t even change anything in the brakes. They said to me that they did brake pads and also didn’t do them. And they didn’t give me my tire back so I had to go and get it the following day.

I am sure that they do good work, but unfortunately, I think I just had a bad experience with them.

Elite automotive diagnosed and fixed a water leak in my car that other automotive shops were unable to do. They kindly dried the inside of my car to the best of their ability too. Couldn’t be happier with their service and repair

Elite Automotive has been my go to shop for maintenance for about 8 years now.
I stopped by recently to make an appointment for one of my vehicles and had a minor issue with the vehicle I was driving. Jamie, one of the mechanics, resolved the issue quickly and gave me some great advice. Everyone at Elite are professional, friendly and the prices are very reasonable.
I would definitely, and do quite often, recommend Elite to people who ask where to get quality service for a fair price. Thank you again Jamie and thank you to everyone for everything you do.

I've been going to Elite automotive for the three year we've lived here, for regular maintenance and repairs. All the work has been done promptly and at pricing similar to our friend who performed our services when we lived elsewhere.
I've had several conversations about prospective work with Dave (owner?, Dad?) and with Sue at the desk (daughter?). Both are very informative and answer questions fully. Dave has even taken me into the garage to explain and point out issues with my car.
Strongly recommend.

Elite automotive has kept my geriatric Toyota Scion road worthy. They are honest and have been there for me many times when this or that has gone wrong. I appreciate all they have done for me. I completely trust them and definitely recommend them! Great people!
