I was in town to visit my parents and wanted to get a workout in. I stopped by. Staff couldn't have been friendly. Lots of equipment, more than in most gyms. Felt right at home. If I lived in the area its exactly the type of gym I would want to join.
The best place to go to for health and fitness. The gym is large with many machines to accommodate whatever workout you need. Sauna, free weights, cardio equipment, and the most effective resistance equipment for strengthening and developing muscle, or for physical therapy. More importantly, owner Robin and staff are friendly and care about your health and fitness goals. Other members are friendly and talk to you as though they have known you for years. If you're undecided about joining, Robin offers people to try it for a day first, free of charge. Great atmosphere, and great people.
The only gym I’ll be going to when visiting locally. I tried dropping in and contacting multiple gyms across Sussex County, all with little to no customer service or care. R&T was the complete opposite. I was greeted immediately by Robin when entering, he let me drop in for a free day to see if I liked the space. It’s great space with a lots of options for machine or barbell/free weight lifting and also cardio. Spacious locker rooms and even a sauna. Everyone in the gym was friendly and it was nice to see all age/ experience levels present, making it a very welcoming space. Cannot recommend enough!
Wonderful place. I was only in town for a short time and they gave me an amazing deal on a short term membership. Everyone there was so friendly. It has a great small business/community feel to it. As far as the equipment and amenities, it's perfect, it has everything you need to get the job done and none of the gimmicky things that you don't. They also have a sauna. I cannot recommend this place enough.
