I met John last year and he introduced me to his product the finisher. I’ve been involved in athletics and sports performance for my entire life and I believe his product is extremely challenging but very beneficial for people looking to enhance their core strength and functional abilities. John was very very knowledgeable about the human body and explained in great detail how his product is uniquely catered to building fundamental strength that you may miss with traditional weight lifting. Overall I give this product 5 stars because there is really nothing that compares to the way the finisher pushes you physically and mentally. I think athletes of all kinds will find great value in the tool! Thank you JW!

John is unbelievable!

He and visited the Sport based youth development organization I manage; Beat The Streets Providence. We have over 50 wrestlers go though his workout circuit. Our middle school and high school wrestlers had a workout that hit all the right muscles! With vert targets workouts with his workout equipment " the finisher" . It was competitive, challenging, engaging and defying. Just because you are the coach don't think you wont get a turn on the bar. John and the kids made sure I didn't miss a set.

I challenge anyone to see if they can get though a workout.

The Finisher is an amazing product and great for all ages. As a former strength and conditioning coach, I recommend this for any sport to develop explosive power and core stability. The founders, John and Val, are phenomenal as well and highly recommend taking a class if you are in the North Jersey area.

Great facility. Awesome gym that has everything you need. John is the best trainer I’ve ever had and developed me into the man I am today not only physically but also mentally. These workouts are not for the weak, John will push you past failure and he has a way of pushing you further than you thought you could go. He teaches hard work, perseverance, and character to all of his clients. There is no better place to train and no better trainer in America than John Wilkins.

Absolutely recommend John! I've had the privilege of training with him for over 20 years, and he is by far the best trainer I've ever worked with.
