Great gym with an awesome atmosphere. All the coaches are encouraging and make it easy to get into good routines. Would recommend trying F45 for yourself!

F45 is an amazing place to be. It is a gym for individuals of all ages and skill levels. I have been coming for almost a year and a half and the workouts keep getting better and better. The community is extremely supportive and friendly, especially welcoming new comers. The coaches make sure you are not only pushing yourself, but also making sure your form is correct and constantly answering any questions you may have. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for that extra push while making some great friends, and having fun! 🤩

I've been training at F45 for a little while now, and I can honestly say it’s been a game-changer for me. The trainers are amazing—super motivating and really know how to push you in the best way. I used to absolutely hate cardio, but the way the workouts are structured has actually made me enjoy it (which I never thought I’d say). Beyond just the physical benefits, this gym has seriously helped build my confidence. The energy, the support, the results—it’s all there. Highly recommend!
