Thank you so much for the patience to guide us through whatever troubleshooting issue we have. Our internet is the issue nothing to do with your equipment. We appreciate the quick responses as our machine is used often and people get grumpy when it doesn’t work.

I would like to take this moment to thank David whom has provided me since the beginning of my wife and my opening of our atm business venture with excellent tech support every time it was needed. From when we lost connectivity to the internet to more recently when I had to remove a keypad and replace it he has been patient and walked me through every step to get our machines up and running and ultimately back in business. I bought an ATM machine from Evan and his company many years ago. I have never had trouble with my machine. Evan was very helpful in getting it all set up for us.
This last week, I had to have updates installed on the ATM, and wanted to get it running for the Memorial Day weekend. Long story short, Evan connected me with his tech guy, David, and with his help, he got my machine up and running just in time for the holiday weekend!
