Eze Fit Transformation Center Farmingdale

My sister in law has been telling me for years that I should try her gym. I was incredibly intimidated because she posts very intense seeming work out videos on social media and I thought "I could never do that!"
As it turns out, I can!

She got me a pass to come to the farmingdale location (pretty close to my house) to try a few classes. By the last class I knew I was ready to go all in.
No one makes you feel silly or have any reason to be self conscious. The coaches are all fantastic, kind, motivating, always looking out for everyone , and keeping them on track. That being said, they sure will put you to work! I don't think I've ever sweat this much. Not even doing yard work in mid summer.
All of the other members are also kind and lovely and help each other get pumped💪
Thank you Franca, Diane, Errol, and Kyle for making this such a welcoming and empowering space that can make anyone go from feeling "gym-timidated" to feeling like a bit of a bad ass in a matter of weeks. ❤️

This place is literally life changing! I am so glad I joined. The whole team treats you like family and motivates you to push yourself and guides you through the entire process. If you are looking to take yourself to the next level, this is the right place for you ! Franca is the owner and is present everyday with a great smile and her team most definitely represent her well. Coach Kyle and Errol make classes engaging and I always walk out feeling accomplished and determined to return back.
