the owner so much. I walked in on a Friday after another salon did a bad demi permanent hair color. I was very distraught . He was so welcoming and is extremely kind. Then I met another great genuinely kind stylist, Jen. Her and Ron worked on my hair that same Friday. The color was better after 2 clarifying shampoos. I then got a hair glaze (gloss). It's shiny now. This salon is a pleasure to walk into. Hello to Emma also. I can't thank Ron and Jen enough. I wish I could give Feathers II more stars. Thanks again for all your help with me and my hair!
I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Kayla, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me a stunning haircut that suits me perfectly. Her attention to detail and skill are truly impressive. Plus, she was so warm and friendly throughout the entire appointment. The salon was also incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Cathy's wonderful! I have wavy hair and because of how much hair I have, many stylists tried to give me layers which I didn't want. I expressed my concern to Cathy and she completely understood and did exactly what I asked her to (not to give me layers). Finally someone who listens!! Of course, the hair cut came out great!
