Finchley Gardens

I was first attracted to Finchley Gardens because the grounds always looked so clean, I saw the bushes being trimmed, lawn mowed. It appeared that management was serious about keeping the place up. I applied for an apartment and Ms. Ali took really good care of me. She was patient and accommodating. Any problems or issues that I had was taken care of immediately. It has come to my attention that Ms. Ali is no longer with Finchley Gardens and she is already sorely missed. Yet again I am walking out of my door to find dog poop at my steps after reporting the problem to management. Whenever something like this happens in the past it was taken care of on the spot. Ms. Ali, I wish you the best but know that I'll miss you and I think I speak for most of us here at Fenchley Gardens. I expect the grounds to now be FOS.

I just wanted to comment on the management and staff at Finchley Garden Apts. I rarely do reviews but good service should not go un noticed. Starting with the maintenance team, Ed and Sean which work tirelessly to make sure our Apts are kept in good repair, especially during the snow storm that past, I was really impressed of how they made sure the driveways and sidewalks were kept clean and clear of snow. I know is a lot of work being only 2 of them but they kept it clean and went above and beyond to help tenants get there cars out of the snow.

I believe that there hard work is a reflection of good communication with property management. I have been living here for about 5years and Miss Ali, is one of the most fair and easy to talk to as well as proactive property managers I ever had the pleasure of meeting. She listens to your concerns and makes you feel heard. She also fallows up on your issues and if a resolution can’t be reached, she finds a common ground. I don’t know how she does it but she knows everyone by name and this makes you feel valued, this is why I think she is a great asset to Finchley Gardens because tenants sometimes experience situations, may it be issue with other tenants or clerical issues that you need someone who understands where your coming from and is willing to go the extra mile and help you out and that’s the kind of person Miss Ali is. I’m really happy with the staff here and hope that they receive the recognition they deserve👍🏻
