We found First Rate Roofing through Angi, had to rely on online references, I was not disappointed. Tony and his crew were terrific, kind and professional. Very pleased with the roof cleaning and new gutters.
Tim did an amazing job on my chimney. The masonry work was stellar. He was very responsive, honest, and diligent. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Tim with First Rate is way better than first rate. He’s awesome!! He showed up less than 30 minutes after I called him during a heavy rain to replace a few shingles at the top of our roof. And, because it was raining, he obviously couldn’t replace the shingles. But, despite the heavy rain, Tim still got his ladder out and climbed up and put a temporary fix on the roof to avoid water damage. That is just fantastic customer service and work ethic. Thx, Tim!!
