Training here at Fitness Elite is great! It has given me more confidence and made me feel better overall! Karen is an amazing trainer and pushes me just enough. Her high fives and vote of confidence that I did it again at the end of a training session are motivating enough for me.
Training with Kristen has been a joyful and productive experience for me. She has helped me recover from an injury and guided me to overall health and fitness. Following her nutritional recommendations and training program I have had considerable body fat loss and overall improved fitness. Training with Karen was my first time working out with a trainer. Getting paired up with her was hands down the best experience. From our initial consultation Karen was able to identify my goals without me even knowing exactly what they were and we started working out together the following week.
