Austin and the rest of the team at Fives did a great job! He communicated well throughout the project, made good adjustments when needed, and was very responsive when we wanted something changed. This was our second project with Fives and we’d hire them back again! I’ve spent more time in our new, beautiful screened in porch than anywhere else in our house since it got done. We’re waiting six months to finish painting the inside, and then it’ll be perfect.

Austin and his Team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in the process of replacing my roofs. Austin and his team did an incredible job on our property in Union City. He was responsive and knowledgable when meeting with our HOA. He worked with us to determine the best approach at a very competitive price. The work was second to none and our property management mentioned “it’s the best roof he’s seen”. Austin also worked with UC to secure the correct permits which was included in the estimate. He also navigated an unforeseen issue with the front facade of our building and help rebuild its support. The change order was very reasonable after the 2 additional days of work.
