Jaron’s has good quality furniture at a good price with a good selection to chose from. Val, the sales rep, was excellent and knowledgeable of the furniture and allowed us time to talk and decide on our choice. I highly recommend Jaron’s furniture, see Val.
Doug was simply amazing! He answered all my questions and helped me put together a beautiful living room! He was kind, had a great sense of humor and more than anything, he was beyond patient as I went through almost everything in the store before making my final decision! I have been buying furniture from Jaron’s for many years. Although everyone have always been so kind and willing to assist, My lovely lady Val is always the one who takes care of me!!! She’s patient, respectful, resourceful and seals the deal for me every time. When my husband and/or I walk through the door everyone knows just get Val for us!! She exceptional and she deserves 10 stars!!!
After a couple bad experiences at other furniture stores, we went to Jaron’s to hopefully find a new sofa. Not only was the staff a breathe of fresh air, but the sofa selection was so nice that we had a hard time picking only one. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, but our sales person was wonderful. She helped up narrow down our choices, made us laugh, and kept the whole process casual and enjoyable. We’ve had the sofa for a few weeks now, still love it! The delivery was on time and they made it look easy. I will definitely go back when we need more furniture.
Awesome experience working with Caroline today! She was very knowledgeable about the furniture pieces that we were looking for, She was not pushy and guided us to walk around the store and test out many products before we made our final decision. We will definitely be seeing her again for our future purchases! Great customer service skills!
