My kids have trained under Keith and he is hands down the best instructor. Knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time with his students. I will recommend Flow Martial Arts to anyone looking for a martial arts studio.

Choosing Flow Martial Arts in Jackson for our two sons (aged 12 and 9) has been one of the best decisions my husband and I have made for our family. Keith Murphy, the owner and instructor is masterful in his delivery of unparalleled instruction in martial arts. He's firm yet compassionate and both gives and receives respect from all of his students. The students are pushed to their maximum potential and their training yields optimal results. Most importantly for my family, my sons have a safe place to train, bond with their peers, and feel a sense of accomplishment as they grow in their martial arts abilities. Additionally, my sons are carrying the character enriching lessons Mr. Murphy teaches them into their own personal interactions within our home, school and friendships. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for the best martial arts school with an instructor who truly cares about his students.

So much love and respect for Keith and Flow Martial Arts! My daughter Scarlet has been training under Keith for years and she’s grown in many ways. She’s faster, stronger, discipline, and can defend herself. What I love most about Keith and his teachings is how patient but firm (when necessary & respectful) he is with all children. He’s aware of any special needs our children may have without making them feel like they’re different. Treating each student like they’re his own child with the same respect he expects to receive! Keith is an amazing instructor. He is a great role model for the children to look up to. His program gives the kids structure and self-confidence. He pushes them outside their comfort zone in the most rewarding way. My son has benefited from this program in so many ways. He has made new friends, and improved his coordination. He has learned about reaching small goals in order to reach larger goals. The school is always clean and the schedule is convenient. I can’t say enough good things about Flow Martial Arts!

Flow Martial Arts has been such an amazing part of my sons lives. My older has been attending this school since 2016 and younger son since 2017. They both have learned so much from Keith, from self defense to self respect to self confidence and everything in between.
