Made an appt. to see a doctor or NP. When I arrived 10 early I was told the wait would be about 10 mins. to see someone. Waited over 30 mins and inquired about seeing someone again. They said I had been assigned a room and it shouldn’t. Be much longer. Waited another 15 mins. to finally see a nurse to take vital signs and symptoms. The came in about 7 minutes later and took a total of 5 minutes to listen to my heart and scribble 4 barely legible meds with direction on a post it for me. Didn’t do a chest cray even though severe persistent cough was active for over 4 weeks, with a history of CABG X4.
Overall a poor experience and would never return to that site again.

Been using Valley for my Primary and Urgent care for just about two years, first time seeing Dr. Garigali, what stood out to me most was his great bedside manner. Took time to explain what I had and the medication, also always feasible wait time for urgent care and in a beautiful office. Also the nurses have always been very attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate.

I recently visited Dr. Garigali for walk-in care, and I was very impressed. He was professional, quick, and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Despite it being a walk-in appointment, Dr. Garigali took the time to listen carefully and address all my concerns thoroughly. The process was efficient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Garigali for anyone needing prompt and compassionate care.

It was my first experience at their new facility & I could not have been more pleased. It was so easy to make the appointment at my convenience. The entire office was very clean & run very efficiently. The Nurse who assisted me, Deborah, was as nice, caring & professional as any health care official that I’ve ever dealt with. More should be like her. Doctor Frank Garigali was also so kind & patient with me. He explained everything about my condition slowly & easily to make it all understandable. He also explained what each prescription & over the counter medication was & how it would help me. And he wrote everything down legibly so I could read & understand it.

Exceptional service. I have seen Dr. Garigali at urgent care on a few occasions. He is so knowledgeable and was right on with all the diagnoses. He has a great bedside manner and listens to each patient thoroughly before making any decisions. Highly recommended.
