I'm a regular at Friendly's alway enjoy my visit. However last week the service was very unpleasant. My server Allison was not attending to my table. Came took order drop food. Never came for refill, I waited 20min for my ice-cream. This making me think about going back to Morristown
We had such a busy day at work so we all decided to go out for ice cream to lift our spirits. Lord took care of us at the takeout window. She’s always so nice and patient while we make the decisions from all the choices of ice creams and toppings available. Make sure you ask for her. She’s a hard-working woman and will always put a smile on your face!
The fountain worker Yessy was very nice and certainly patient. Although she had a lot of orders she always makes sure to get your order correctly and efficiently. There was a rude customer after us but she held her patience and maintained her kind attitude. I love barkin pretzel😍😍😍
Friendly’s has always been a nostalgic place for me. With that said, the Friendly’s is always clean and well managed (if sometimes understaffed). The food is decent and decently priced. The options are reasonable and recognizable. The ice cream and fribbles are iconic.
Melissa was very nice and attentive to her guests. Quick food delivery in time for me to return to work.
