I had a very great shopping experience here either evelyn and chrissy. They are very helpful and got everything i needed. They were paitent and easy to talk to.! I recommend coming here not because of the brand but the amazing clienting. Staff is super friendly
Ordered a dress over the phone, typed in the correct address on payment link, staff entered wrong street number when shipped it out and did not give me tracking number after payment for 5 days, so I have to call the store to find out they made a mistake. Now I’m in the limbo of waiting for the package to arrive. You may find great deals, but the customer service could be awful.
Good store, friendly staff, well loaded with collection of different styles & sizes, perhaps better than their full price stores.
One needs to really look carefully and try them on in order to find the right fit & size since they do not accept returns, only exchange & store credits.
Discounts are not very aggressive, a Jean can cost you somewhere between $130 to $185 on average.
My experience here was great i got 5 pair of jeans they know the product Donavon helped me out he was great super cool staff and a girl named Yen helped out my wife with some jeans also they where awesome
Shopping here since years, very friendly and accommodating staff. They always have good deals, recently I got 3 Italian jeans for 225 which were full price.
