Great experience. The store was busy but staff was very attentive. Donna, in particular was great. She helped me to decide on a gift that I was indecisive about. Her approach was kind & genuine. My first shopping experience at this location but thanks to the staff I will be shopping here again, thank you. Happy Holidays.

I had the most wonderful experience at the Tory Burch Outlet in Woodbury Mall, all thanks to Yvette, who truly went above and beyond for me.
A couple of days ago, I visited the store and came across the Garden Rose Embroidered Dress in a small size. I absolutely loved it but, unfortunately, it didn’t fit, and they didn’t have my size in stock. I asked if they could check other locations, and they found one in my size at the Clarksburg outlet in Maryland. When I called the Maryland store, they said they could only hold it for 24 hours, and I had to visit in person to purchase it. Living in New York, this was just not feasible for me. To make matters worse, the dress was $1,000 online and $500 with a discount, but at the outlet, it was only $200! I was so disappointed but had to give up since driving to Maryland wasn’t an option.
The next day, I went back to the Woodbury store, not even looking for the dress anymore, just browsing for bags. Out of nowhere, Yvette approached me with the dress in her hand and said, “Would you like to try this on? I think it’s perfect for you.” I was stunned. I told her about my experience the day before and how I had given up on getting the dress because it was only available in Maryland.
Yvette then revealed that she was the manager and said, “Let me see what I can do.” She called the Maryland store on my behalf and asked if they could ship the dress to me at the discounted outlet price. She managed to make it happen!
Yvette was such a sweetheart—kind, soft-spoken, and genuinely willing to help. I didn’t expect this level of care and service. She didn’t have to go out of her way for me, but she did, and because of her, I got the dress I fell in love with. It felt like magic!
If you ever visit the Woodbury Tory Burch Outlet, I highly recommend seeking out Yvette. She is an absolute gem, and I will always remember her kindness❤️ It is hard to find such dedicated customer service.

It is a must-visit for anyone who loves classic luxury with a modern twist. The store has a beautiful selection of handbags, shoes, and accessories, all at fantastic outlet prices. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations without being pushy. The store is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to browse through the collection. If you’re looking for high-quality, stylish pieces at a great value, this is definitely the place to go

This is a nice TB store with lots of good inventory, all on some sort of discount or sale. But the store itself is small, I felt claustrophobic walking in the store with so many other customers also in there at the same time. There’s barely any space to walk through the aisles and move to different section while customers are standing and checking out items.

The store is relatively clean and well maintained. Has some nice decor at the entrance. Associates are friendly and constantly helping out customers. Certain a good place for TB goods when it’s not extremely crowded.
