Our neighbors in the other half of our half-double had a fire. We suffered smoke damage. Our items that went to Frsteam came back clean and smelling much better. However, they tag everything to make sure that thing don't get lost, which is great, except the fact that they don't tag all the clothes through the tags or a heavy seam. We ended up with holes in many of our clothes because they would put 2 and 3 plastic tag holders through the middle of an article of clothing...
