Regular drop off customer here. I accidentally misplaced a piece of jewelry valuable to me solely through sentiment. When I realized I was stressing for days. When I arrived after work to pick up my load, it was packaged in a small envelope. The attendants are always nice people and I’m aware that at other places, my piece would’ve been gone. Aside from that my laundry always comes out great, they even ask if things/bags have to be washed separate. Thank you guys.
