I wanted so much to give it more stars then I am. Now do not get me wrong not the worst place, but not in the summer time. I will start with staff, they were not pleasant at all, they were not welcoming so from the beginning it turned me off. Then my son and I both got a water and he got shaved ice, my bottle of water fell where the shaved ice syrup is and when I asked the women is it possible for someone to get it out or maybe replace it, all I got was looked at and a “oh well” I didn’t complain in the moment but maybe I should have. When staff is unfriendly it just makes it feel uncomfortable. Now let’s talk about the bouncy houses. I understand it’s the summer time but it’s unbearable inside them, yes they are spacious but to hot. Our feet were burning and it was just uncomfortable. There really should be some kinds of fans in there or something. It became so unbearable and uncomfortable that my son (age 11) and I had to leave. We were there for 20-25 mins at most. We weren’t the only ones leaving. Parents with young kids were also leaving due to the heat. Now did they get a refund I am not sure. Due to how staff was while walking in I didn’t want to complain. As we were walking out no one even said goodbye, that’s just a turn off. All around I just wish it was a better experience. We were so excited to go and enjoy it but unfortunately we didn’t. I just feel it was a waste of money, it’s not cheap.

My kids had a great time! It was wet from all the rain earlier in the week but they did warn us about it. The workers were supervising the children well. I saw a lost child and one of the employees handled the situation well which made me feel safer returning next year. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because it was windy and I noticed all of the attached rings to anchor the inflatables to the ground were not attached, although the middle did seem secure, the ends (like the entrances) were lifting up off the ground almost 5-6 inches in the air at times, which made me nervous.

It was huge and the kids had a great time. However, there were too many “emergency exits” that the workers were guarding. My kids are on the spectrum and they gave me a bit of a hard time leaving through the emergency exits. Telling me they had to talk to their manager. I explained my kids are on the spectrum and I’m not taking them through this whole park just to exit out of those single exits when my kids don’t have that kind of capacity. There were also large areas of wetness on the inflatable kingdom, between sessions, it may make sense to dry those up. Our socks were soaked.

All in all, it was definitely impressive and the kids had a great time. Definitely a workout but I think they need to be better trained and more adaptable with children with disabilities.

Bought tickets to this event because my daughter saw it while we were driving by and requested to go. I've always seen bounce parks and have always wanted to go, just never had the chance. Ticket prices aren't bad however, the refreshments could be a little better priced. $4 for a regular water bottle is a little ridiculous.

On the brighter side myself (40 years old), my 5-year-old and twelve-year-old had an amazing time. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is even remotely interested and enjoys bouncing around.
Try to stay as long as possible. Bring some of your own water and you can bring your own socks, just make sure that they do have the grips on the bottom (it'll make things so much easier).
Again. Had an amazing time and i'm actually thinking about doing it again before they leave the area.
Oh! Not that you can control it, but try for early morning or later in the day because boy that heat can be something else.

It was a good experience. But I recommend not to go when it's too hot. First slot of the morning or the last slot would be better. Otherwise jumping or playing would be tough for kids. Even grownups can enjoy. A small Sit out is there for the accompanying person who want to relax.
