One of the many things he did was to make a video offer in person to the sellers which I believe helped us being selected as the buyer. When we sold our previous house, Gary did multiple things that were exceptional, including taking time to clean the yard of leaves in a heavily forested area before the open house, and adding new fire extinguishers for the certificate of occupancy.
