This Realty Group has no lee-way with its tenants and has no compassion for its residents at any complex it owns. I've lived in two, both in Connecticut. The will issue a notice to quit on the 11th day of the month (state law permits any tenant rent due by the 10th) and have eviction proceedings advanced no later than 5 days after the NTQ is left at your door.
They lack in any and all customer service, and the maintenance crews are horrendous. Iv'e been asking for new blinds and my carpet cleaned for 6 months... I've lived here for nearly 3 years. So obviously I pay rent.
Its like living in hell
