We are very happy we chose the Gruosso group. Mike and Luca impressed us in the first meeting. They came to meet with us with only 1 days notice, but they were well prepared. Our previous agent didn’t see the value of the property and suggested a cash sale. In contrast, Mike sold us on our own property. He really knew the market, and saw the potential. Throughout the process they were very helpful in guiding us. They went above and beyond to help us get to market on time. At one point Luca rolled up his sleeves and helped out by doing some last minute landscaping. Then he did a stellar caulking job in the bathroom.
