I've been using the amazing knives for well over 15 years! I love the knives so much I've given them as gifts with personal engraving & everyone who received them loved it! I also love the pots & pans. Everything they make is excellent quality at a great price. In addition, the customer service is always exceptional!
I have the Executive Chef Series cutlery set and I use them daily. These are quality knives with a very good feel in your hands. When guest visit and see me use them I am usually asked if they can hold them. Once they feel the weight, stability and quality I am asked how much and where to buy. I took a trip to the showroom to buy a boning knife unfortunately it was closed. I did get the opportunity to met David at the Ramsey Farmers Market, where he offers sharpening services. Great Product, Great Customer Service. I decided to finally invest in a good set of knives, did a lot of research and the Gunter Wilhelm Executive 2 line looked like a great match of affordability and quality. The knives look great on our counter, have a nice weight / balance and are very sharp. Purchased the 13 piece set (and steak knives) and I anticipate being able to pass these on to our daughter one day. There was a minor problem with the initial order, however Gunter Wilhelm’s customer service folks expertly handled my questions and promptly resolved the situation to my complete satisfaction. The folks managing GW have a great knowledge of knives, a passion for producing a quality product and were a pleasure to work with. I recommend Gunter Wilhelm knives for your kitchen or as a gift and I have a lot of respect for the individuals running the company.
