The people working at this office are very friendly and professional. I've been seeing Dr. Patel, and he has been helpful and takes the time to hear what I have to say, as well as listen to any questions I might have. The only off-putting thing about this office, in my opinion, is that the waiting lobby is an echo chamber, and the TV is too loud. It's all tiled flooring, so sound just bounces all over the place and doesn't get absorbed by anything. I think they need to put down some rugs to muffle all the reflected sound a bit, and keep the TV turned down lower. I'm sure the original thinking was no rugs will help patients hear their name being called easier, but it doesn't. All the reflected sound just makes it more difficult to hear if your name has been called, because every time they call somebody's name, they have to repeat themselves at least two or three times. But if you're looking for a Cardiologist, this is the place you should go.

Love my doctor and the staff but the last 2 times they have told me they don't make appointments after 3:45. I have to leave work early. I get to my appointment on time. They move me into a room where I sit for 45 minutes. Last time it was over an hour. I surmise they probably don't want to stay late and are clumping patient and double booking the end of the day. I'm usually patient, but this is really getting to me. I work in healthcare and this is getting unacceptable!!! Give me a 4 pm appointment then. I'm losing money leaving my job early. I feel this is like saying that patients time is less important.

Good place to go if you need a quality cardiologist. Been seeing Dr. Bernardo since last October after my previous Dr left the practice.

She's patient, thorough and takes the time to listen to her patients. I also like that she shares in my interest to reduce medications whenever possible. Too often, doctors treat with a prescription pad. Not her. If you need the meds, she will say so. If you don't, she'll take you off of them. I like that.

I was referred to Dr. Fox at Hamilton Cardiology, and I’m very glad I followed through with the recommendation. Dr. Fox was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on with my health. He genuinely seemed to care and was attentive to my concerns. I also want to highlight how polite and helpful his supporting staff were—they answered all of my questions and made the experience even more positive. Overall, I had a great experience and feel confident about the care I’m received.
