Everyone at this place, from the doctor to the staff, is super nice and clearly cares about their patients. Their eyewear selection is great, and the team really knows how to navigate the insurance stuff without any hassle.
Staff here is amazing and a special shout out to Melody and Victoria who helped train me for contact lenses. They were very patient and were able to communicate super effectively to make sure I was able to really understand. Also Dr. Sherman was amazing and fit me into contacts that suited my lifestyle. They offered me a great deal with the contacts with a $300 rebate as well so it made it much more affordable! Would recommend to family and friends 10/10
I've been going to Sterling Optical for at least 10 years. The doctors know me, they are wonderful! The girls that work there are amazing, and always there to answer questions and very Professional!!! Emily answers all of your questions and is always there to help with questions. The selection of frames are great!
Excellent service from start to finish! I scheduled an eye exam because I needed new prescrription lenses.They handled everything perfectly and with such kindness. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
