Zwanger Pesiri was a very pleasant from years past. Technicians have always been kind and professional. Office staff were not responsive. New appointment system is much better and check in is excellent!

I am very pleased with my experience at ZP. The staff was kind, professional, and very helpful from check-in to the exam. The technologist explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The process was well organized, and I received my results in a timely manner. I highly recommend ZP for their excellent care and efficiency.
Appointment was easy to schedule. Staff is nice, knowledgeable, & friendly. My first ever MRI. The technician was great. He checked on me during the scan. It was reassuring to hear his voice amongst the loud noises of the MRI. I felt as comfortable as I could be lying in that tube. I would recommend Bay Shore Zwanger.
Being a long time patient of Zwanger -Pesri Radiology I never thought I would rate this facility with less than 5 stars until today. Although the front desk staff tried to be as pleasant as possible I was told on arrival about ann outstanding balance and if I did not take care of now my appt would have to be canceled. I did not dispute it I offered to make a payment , but could not pay the full balance. My appt was cxd. I called billing myself and explained my situation and was told per policy pay in full or it would have to be reviewed on Monday by a manager. Luckily for me I was able to come up with the 98% of the total and my appt was reinstated . If I did not really need the test I would have just walked away. It would have made a difference if billing even asked how much can I pay but that was not an option . Hopefully, i won’t need any additional testing and if I do go back it will once again be positive experience as I have always had or will have to consider finding a new facility to use.
