Can the receptionist and some of the other staff be more friendly and say thank you and you’re welcome? Maybe but the bottom line is that I’m alive and it’s because of the doctors at this office. Despite me feeling generally well, Dr. Gidseg picked up on something during our conversation and suggested a test Sure enough I had blockage and Dr. Deutsch did the procedure. He could not have been more professional friendly, and he put me at ease right away. He explained the procedure in a way that I understood exactly what was going on. The outcome was outstanding and I feel great thanks to the competence of the doctors here. Can some people at the front desk be more friendly yeah maybe. Bottom line is I’m here to tell my story. Thank you Dr. Gidseg and Dr. Deutsch and the whole staff at Suffolk Hart group.
