I have gone here a couple times and never had a bad experience until today. The receptionist who made my appointment (i will not put her name on google but it starts with an “R” for any management that reads this). She was rude and Sounded very annoyed to be doing her job. I dislike condescending attitudes and notice it a mile away .I usually don’t write reviews, but this 5 minute experience had me in belief. This review is based off her tone and unnecessary side comments throughout our Conversation. The sweet “ OK, you’re all set for your appointment .”at the end of the Conversation, Does not negate the fact that she was rude throughout the rest . It’s not what you say. It’s the way you say it.
Excellent office. There was a very cute nurse that I was speaking to. Very pretty. Lady are the very cute laugh. I remember her very fondly, but other than that very quick straightforward test and the people were very nice, especially the very cute lady with a very funny laugh
Very considerate of your time and they work with you to schedule what you need done. I needed to be seen quickly and was confused about a couple things but the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! I was back and forth a few times on when I could get there for a scheduled appointment and when I called to see if I could come earlier than scheduled it was not a problem! Partners In Safety is a great resource for my business. They provide drug screening and DOT medical services for over 100 of my employees. They are professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. Over six years working with them and I continue to highly recommend their services.
I had a good experience here. I came to get my DOT physical done. The whole process, from start to end was very quick and professionally done. Everyone in the office was very polite and pleasant to be around. I would dry go back again in the future if I needed something done.
