If I lived in the area this shop would be my permanent repair shop! I recommend Herman and his team for service, caring, trusting , affordability and the timely work they do! My Chevy Tahoe broke down on a Friday evening on route 17 while I live in Long Island NY. Based on the ratings and reviews online, I called the shop to see if I can have the vehicle towed to them from Monticello. Herman couldn’t have been nicer to help me get through the process, including handling the tow for me. Within two weeks I had my truck back with a new transmission , they handle the warranty claim from start to finish as well. Thank you all for the help and work completed! I am a single mother who was left stranded when my car broke down in McDonald’s - not only was someone sent to rescue me and my car I was diagnosed and back on the road in under 2 hours!!!! I had a transmission flush done by Jonny, and he did an excellent job! He took the time to walk me through everything he was doing so I understood the process. He went above and beyond by also cleaning my headlights and even removing the residue around my battery terminals. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers. Highly recommend Jonny for anyone looking for a mechanic who’s thorough, honest, and takes pride in what he does!

Herman is truly a wonderful shop owner. We initially went to his shop to get new break pads as we were told by Toyota our pads were in need of immediate replacement and expecting to replace them that day, we were pleasantly suprised by the honesty and integrity Herman displayed.
He came and sat down with me and showed me the tool they used to test the pads to determine where they were at and if they needed to be replaced. He told us straight up that the pads did not need to be replaced that day and we could go another couple months before having to spend the money. Now that ladies and gentlemen is an honest man! He could have made the sale and took our money and we would not have know any difference. But he didn’t. Because of that, he gained our business and we will be referring friends as well!

We have already gone back to get new tires.
