Hancliffe is a very clean and spacious building that feels very welcoming. The process of preparing for the funeral was explained very well and everything turned out nicely. Andrew was very gracious in helping us set everything up and gave the family space to mourn. The building is also very close to St. Rose Church and across the street from Gate of Heaven Cemetery, which removes the headache of a long funeral drive and makes everything much simpler. I have had three family members in this home and there was never any issue.
