This place is amazing! Our Granddog damaged our French doors. There were scratches and damage to the wood. Someone recommended Heirloom Refinishing and we are so happy they did. Our doors look brand new!
We also had my Grandmother's secretary redone and a coffee table. So glad we found them! I'd add pictures but have no idea how too!
Herb and Mike refinished my dining room table and the results are amazing. It's as if the table is brand-new. From the beginning they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They picked up the table with white glove service and delivered it the same way. They are absolutely the go to company in NJ if you want furniture repaired and refinished.
Heirloom Refinishing did a superb job in restoring, refinishing & bringing my Mom’s 80+ year old sideboard back to life. Besides the woodwork & staining, the hard to open cabinet doors now perform perfectly. Herb & Mike were wonderful to deal with and together with their crew they are true craftsmen. Pick-up and return were handled flawlessly. It’s great to have it looking so good bringing back my childhood memories. My Mom would be amazed! I highly recommend their services and would use them again in a minute.
Heirloom Refinishing refurbished our breakfront and china cabinet, each of which are about 75 years old. They did a wonderful job. They were easy to work with, understood what we wanted to do, and took great care when picking up and delivering the furniture. The owners took a genuine interest in the pieces and finished the work within the time frame as promised. We couldn't be happier. The before and after pictures don't do the work justice (hard to get the lighting right!)
I brought a really unique piece to this shop for refinishing - a shillelagh that had been passed down to me, originally from my great great grandfather in Ireland! The father-son team at Heirloom loved the uniqueness of the piece and did a fabulous job restoring it - there were 2 green shamrocks drawn on it that weren't even visible (we had no idea they were there!) and it was very cool to see them uncovered. Would recommend them for any wood piece that needs some love. Really happy I brought this to them!
