We had a great experience with Home Surplus in Keyport NJ I worked with Shannon Reynolds and Sara these ladies were very knowledgeable, professional, and super helpful from the very start. I’d definitely recommend them both. The Showroom is nice with many choices to choose from. We picked our cabinets and countertops for here the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. Home Surplus was fantastic from start to finish. We went in to design the cabinets and countertop for our master bathroom, and Stefany S. made the entire process effortless. She took her time walking us through all the cabinet options, explaining the quality of each product, and helping us narrow down what best matched our style.

With so many choices, her guidance was invaluable. She worked with us to create a layout that fit our space perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend Home Surplus to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality cabinets and exceptional service.

We came here looking for exterior doors. Shannon was very helpful and is helping us locate a door with sidelights. This store is conveniently located off exit 120 GSP, and right off route 35 North.

I was very impressed by Michelle at the Keyport store. She is very patient and aware of various costs...she did a very good job in her decorating recommendations, in organizing and suggesting everything for my kitchen and bathroom.
She's also a very nice person and very good at what she does. Everyone in the showroom was extremely helpful and nice too! They have beautiful cabinets and countertops, etc. I would highly recommend this place!
My only complaint is that it's very difficult to get to because the traffic is really bad and that part of town on Route 35 in Keyport and Hazlet but that's not their fault.
Sarah has been great Michelle has been great and the store manager Rufino been wonderful to me! I had to change contractors and they recommended a very good experienced Mark who I'm very happy with!

I recently purchased four exterior doors from Home Surplus, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and overall experience. Even my contractor—who isn’t from the area—commented on how well-made and beautifully finished the doors are. Originally, I planned on getting white doors, but due to limited stock, I opted for the espresso finish. I’m so glad I did—it complements my home’s exterior perfectly and was clearly the right choice.

The staff at Home Surplus were incredibly accommodating. Both Shannon and Sarah provided outstanding customer service. They were patient with all my questions as I tried to understand the various door parts and options. Shannon was especially attentive and personable, which made the purchase process so much easier because she was my main contact person throughout the whole experience—after all, it’s not every day an average homeowner buys four doors at once!

The installation went smoothly, and beyond the beautiful look, I noticed a huge difference in sound insulation. I live on a busy street, and the outside traffic noise has been drastically reduced—something even my contractor pointed out after the first door had been installed. In addition to the natural sound insulation, the full-light glass panels provide plenty of natural light, while the frosted finish maintains privacy. The design also highlights the elegant scrollwork of the wrought iron, adding even more charm to the doors.

I would recommend these doors to anyone for their value, aesthetics, and affordability. Home Surplus is a great place to shop for quality products at great prices.
