    This is the second time that I have purchased the 28 hour Disposable Liquid Paraffin Candle - 56 count from the Hyoola Candles website.

    The first time I loved them for I had received them well packaged. The candles were packaged with love. You could feel the love.

    Nonetheless, I purchased the same 28 hour Disposable Liquid Paraffin Candles - 56 count x 4.
    I received the order today (5/16/2025) rather early from the promise date of 5/19/2025.

    Moreover, I have a doorbell camera. Upon review of the delivery video clip, I saw the person drop the two boxes, which were stacked on top of each other laying on their side abruptly on the porch.

    He was gone before I could inquire why he dropped the Fragile boxes. I am unsure why he stacked them on their sides and dropped them on the port versus bringing each box separately in an upright position to the porch as the rather large heavy boxes were marked fragile.

    When I opened the first smaller box within the first larger box, I noted the inside saturated with paraffin oil. The disposable candles were greasy and wet.

    The first order was not like this; therefore, this is highly unacceptable for the amount of money spent.

    I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this order.

    I am not sure what is going on, but this is terrible!

    The way the candles were packaged this second time appeared as though no one cared how the candles would arrive.

    Have things gotten so bad that nobody cares? This is plain awful!

    Look at the pictures and be the judge.

    Wonderful news!

    I was given a full refund even though the root of the cause was passed on to mishandling of the boxes by the carrier. While that may have been partially true, if the boxes had been packed better then the mishandling would not have greatly impacted the products.
