This Institution has not only provided fantastic training for my child, but he has also excelled by becoming the state champion in his division alongside other talented champion students.

I am an adult student and have joined and been training at this institute (Dojo) for a few years. I really recommend meeting Sifu Cesar and seeing our Dojo and training. You'll want to be here every day. This Dojo is filled with love of World Martial Arts and their traditions.

Sifu Cesar emphasizes appreciation of different cultures through Martial Arts and appreciates the lineage of the traditional defense methods from Grand Masters, such as Bruce Lee and Ip Man, of which he himself is in the lineage. He understands the uniqueness of individuals and trains students through his wisdom and experience. He emphasizes that through self-expression we can interpret our art using the defense techniques from different lineages.

I am so happy to be part of this Dojo and to train under Sifu Cesar as well as with other students who have the same aim to improve ourselves.

If you want to learn true and authentic martial arts, this is definitely the place. I’ve always wanted to learn martial arts to learn how to fight and when I started learning under Sifu Olavarria I learned so much more. Sifu taught me the rich heritage and culture that our martial arts hold and he taught me how to face the world as a better person. He’s an extremely skilled and passionate instructor who further fueled my desire to learn and improve. This place is not only an amazing place to learn martial arts but also build a very strong and loving family .

I highly recommend Sifu Cesar & his school for both the kid & adult classes. He emphasizes moral values of respect, discipline, & integrity. He makes everyone feel welcomed and recognizes when students have made a good effort.

His senior students and assistant instructors are also courteous & reflect Sifu’s talents & values. It’s hard to find one place that teaches all these different martial arts, and teaches them well.

Sifu is always open to questions and has an open mind. He occasionally travels to other countries to either train his protégés or learn from his long time teachers. He has taught real world application to both military & law enforcement for years.
