I’ve been working out at Empire Sports & Training for a few weeks, and I can honestly say this gym continues to exceed every expectation. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the facility is extremely well-maintained. All of the equipment is serviced regularly, everything works flawlessly, and the layout gives you plenty of room to train without ever feeling crowded. Even during peak hours, there’s always space to move, lift, and get a full workout without bumping into anyone.
The cleanliness of the gym is one of the biggest standouts.
