INTERSTATE 9W AUTO BODY AND SALES LLC

This was my second time using Interstate 9W Auto Body. I came here because my previous experience was excellent. My 2023 Acura RDX was stollen and beaten up badly. The front bumper, headlight assemblies, side panels, windshield and all 4 wheels were damaged. In addition, significant parts of the front-end suspension and steering gear were damaged. Lastly, the lane assist camera was stollen from the car. What a mess. Nearly $25K and 40 days later (insurance covered) I finally got the car back. Delay was due to availability of the lane assist camera. I was nervous that the car would never be the same. Long story short, the car is perfect. Looks great, drives great. No issues. Extremely satisfied. Great job Tulio and team. I hope not to need them again but if I do need body work, I will be back.

Had body repair work done on my Range Rover Evoque at interstate auto body. They did an excellent job, very courteous and professional and on time completion. Would certainly recommend them!

our 2013 Infiniti sedan was involved in an accident. The other party's insurance company directed us to this auto shop for the repairs. Our drivers side headlight needed to be replaced and the insurance company wanted to replace it with a used headlight assembly. Not only did 9W auto body advocate for a new headlight, they also insisted the matching passenger side headlight be replaced with a new assembly (which ended up being at 9W's own cost) so both headlights would look the same. The front bumper body work was also seamless and the car looks brand new. Superior customer service and if I need auto body services in the future, I will definitely be returning to this shop. I recently had my vehicle repaired by Interstate 9W Auto Body in Closter, N.J. after having been involved in an auto accident in town. This was my first experience with Tulio and his team.
In working with Tulio and his team, I found Tulio and his team to be caring, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional in their approach. The work was excellent and accomplished in a timely manner. The vehicle was returned to me in truly pristine condition. I highly recommend this auto body repair facility to anyone in need of their services.

Tulios work is amazing I have been to many body shops in my lifetime. I’ve had many exotic cars. Most body shops are a joke, they can never match the paint correctly or the paint is very weak and it Chips and dulls out lol. , but interstate 9w’s work is high end and you get high end results. tulio is a stand up guy And his body shop is cleaner than most people’s houses. I took my 2019 Audi a4 and got my bumper repainted and he did a great job and matched the paint perfectly and I also took my previous 2018 Audi r8 for the bumper as well and he painted it perfectly. Today I took my Audi r8 2021 to replace a piece broken in the bottom back bumper and once again he came through. If you want a real body shop with high end services and high end results go to tulio. Great guy
