The most efficient auto repair service center in Norwood, NJ. The owner and the crews are very professional, courteous and friendly. 7/24/2025 - I've visited Eric's auto repair for oil change for transmission, front & rear differential, and transfer case for my GX460. Eric has done it again! Great job at very reasonable price. Eric and his team member also used torque ranch to close all nuts and bolts according to the manufacturer's specifications. Amazing to see auto mechanics to not only provide a wonderful job for the customer's car, but also did them by the book according to manufacturer's specs. Will always be a loyal customer to Eric's Auto Repair.
If anyone is looking for a honest and trustworthy auto mechanic then look no further. I have been to many other auto mechanics with so many disappointments, but Eric is honest and the most trustworthy. Simply put, you will not be disappointed.
2nd time getting work done here. First time was an oil change for my wife's lexus. 2nd time was a 4 piston brembo brake install for my dodge. They did an incredible job. They were super helpful, fast and efficient. Also very friendly. I will keep coming here. Bruce and Eric are very preofessional. I will definitely kee0 coming here and recommend them to everyone.
Great shop. Our whole family has now been going to this shop for the past few years. We have had tires plugged, tires changed, oil changed, and car shaking looked at. Every time they give a fair price, do a good job, and get the work done quickly.
I visited here for a car repair and tire rotation and found their service top notch.
Eric was very honest and reasonable about the price and he even lowered the final cost from estimated quote following shorter time spent to complete the job.
The facility is also very pleasant with plenty of parking spaces and tidy working area.
I will definitely be their regular customer and will happily recommend to family and friends.
