This is a really amazing shop. James the owner is a great tech and nice guy. He notices everything when he works on my car. He has a better understanding of cars than I have ever seen before, I feel so much more confident bringing my car to his shop. I drive 40 minutes to get to his shop and it is well worth it. He picked up things that my old Euro performance shop didn’t do or know to do. He is very honest and explains everything he needs to do with great detail so you know what needs to be done and why. If you are looking for a shop that really knows how to maintain and fix cars really well, this is the only place to go to. If you are looking for a great shop bring it to Caste it will be the best decision you make for your car.

I have been to James a few times over a year plus for my older Audi A4. I have not been more incentivized to post a 5-star review to any service entity I have patronized in many years. He is honest, very helpful and informative beyond what is required for any business to produce best outcomes. If you have an Audi, you have found the only place you need when you need help.

CSP is super knowledgeable and fair at what they offer/do here. Have an audi s3 that needed a trans swap and was done professionally here and my car runs better than ever. Seriously don’t hesitate and stop going to the dealership and take your car here from now on.

Fantastic shop. I came in with misfires / exhaust leak that were heavily misdiagnosed from another shop. This issue was quickly fixed. I even asked if they could explain to me how this happened and how to fix it if it occurs again. I will 100% return for future business.
