We felt an extreme heat in our home and called to be on the safe side. They came very quickly and checked out the home, turns out nothing was wrong. They were so polite and understanding, and didn't seem to be mind called for "nothing", they even gave out stickers to my kids which calmed them down! AMAZING!!
