Jay's Recovery Service

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Jay’s recovery service. We are longtime AAA members and are used to waiting hours for help, but this experience was the complete opposite. Our car had broken down on the side of the highway, and the moment I called, they dispatched a truck immediately.
They took excellent care of our vehicle, were incredibly professional, and even advised me to request reimbursement from AAA. Service like this is rare these days, and I truly appreciate how quickly and kindly they handled everything.

Joey of Jay's Recovery Service towed my Chevy van tonight from Plainsboro, NJ to Pep Boys in East Brunswick, NJ. Joey was very professional and helpful. He found the problem on my van and tried to fix it but could not because we did not have the part needed. He offered to drive me to work after dropping my van at the shop.
Joey refused my tip.

Car broke down in the dead of the night. Said 30 minutes but made it in ten. Chill guy and would not take tips. Told me to put the money towards the part. Couldn’t ask for more from a tow company.

I needed two vehicles towed on two separate occasions. I called Jays towing and was very pleased with their quick response time on picking up my vehicles. I also received a courtesy call informing me the driver would be arriving shortly. The driver was very courteous, professional and took great care hooking up my vehicle each time.
