Tom has been great with my Home Owner's Insurance for years, and until recently when it turns to Rental Dwelling Policy. I have been a State farm customer since I got my permit at 16 1/2 years old (I am now 60+ years old). I have been with the same State farm branch since that time. The office staff have always been helpful and easy to speak with. Most of the time I only need to speak with them during my annual policy review. However, earlier this year I had been rear-ended by someone, who also happened to be a State farm customer. in this case, I was a little confused on what to do as I wanted to file the claim against the other party. I reached out to Jean's office and they swiftly guided me through the process.
Everything was seamless and easy to do, right down to the shop they recommended (C&L Auto body) and the car rental. If you have to be in a crummy situation like an auto accident I'm grateful that I had Jean's team helping me out.
