I have to start with saying, like most guys we wait until we can’t move to take care of our bodies. Well about a month ago I decided I couldn’t take my pain in my neck and lower back any longer. So I finally listened to my family and made an appointment with Dr. Karas. Well here it is just over a month and I feel so much better. The care I have been getting from the minute I walked into the office is absolutely outstanding. I really can’t say enough. I have been transformed back into my younger self. I am a true believer in chiropractic care now. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. Everyone actually seems to care about your health. I so recommend to anyone with any kind of pain to go and see the Dr. You won’t regret it!!

After being recommended to see a chiropractor by my ENT, I must admit I was totally skeptical! How can a chiropractor help burning in my eyes and nose, headaches, and basically pain anytime I touched the left side of my head? Well Dr. Karas has helped tremendously!!!! I no longer have pain in my head, my eyes and nose are back to normal and each time I go I feel better! Dr. Karas and his staff are caring, helpful, and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I’m so glad I listened to the advice of my doctor, and I am so grateful that Dr. Karas has me on the road to feeling so much better!

Dr. Karas is very knowledgeable, and is motivated to help his patients achieve a level of wellness that focuses on the quality of life. His adjustments definitely make an improvement, and he provides exercises and stretches for at home! The staff at Chiropractic Health Center of Hamburg is the best! All of them are so welcoming, kind, and friendly! I highly recommend giving them a visit!

Dr. Karas is awesome. The entire staff at the front desk are welcoming and were very accommodating of my schedule. I went from barely being able to put on my socks without pain to running and lifting weights. He gives you stretching exercises to do at home (and you have to do them to get better!!) Really focuses on the prevention and maintenance. Very lucky that I found him close to home.

Dr. Karas and his staff make being a patient in this office a very comfortable experience. Everyone is professional and compassionate. Dr. Karas is respectful, takes time to talk with you before the examination and explains everything. In my opinion, Dr. Karas is the number one chiropractor in Sussex County.
