I had a truly exceptional experience at Jessie’s Hair Illusions. From the moment I arrived, it was clear I was in the hands of a true professional. I came in for a consultation, followed by a highly stylized cut and blowout, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Jessie took the time to understand not only my hair goals but also the unique qualities of my hair type (very thin). Her depth of knowledge was impressive—she explained her approach in detail, both to me and a staff member, outlining how the style would enhance my facial features and give me the most flattering look possible.

Watching Jessie work was like watching an artist in action. She approached the cut with precision and creativity, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The salon itself was clean and welcoming, and the whole team was warm and professional.

I’ve been going to Jessie for almost five years now. She always does a wonderful job on my hair and I receive tons of compliments. Her salon is small and quaint, very clean and decorated nice. Every time I’ve been there it’s been just Jessie and sometimes her mom is there helping her do the washes. They both give a heavenly scalp massage! Jessie is so good that my daughter started using her and loves how Jessie cuts her hair as well. Her cuts are always very precise and crisp if that makes sense. A hair cut is around forty dollars (depends on hairs length), that’s for the cut. If you get a blow dry and style add approx $30 to that.

A local salon did a pretty awful job waxing/shaping my eyebrows. I literally said “Help!” when I walked into Jessie’s salon, having never used her for eyebrows before. She was able to accommodate me the next day - and she did a fantastic repair job and made my brows look great. She will be my “go-to” person for eyebrows and perhaps hair care too. Thank you so much, Jessie!

Jessie’s hair salon was highly recommended to me by a coworker. I originally went to her for partial highlights, however, after her consultation she recommended that we do balayage. I told her she’s the expert so go right ahead. She really did a fabulous job, you can tell she’s very knowledgeable in her field, she told me she’s even an instructor at cosmetology school. Jessie was a pleasure to talk to while she was doing my hair, she owns the salon and it’s very nicely decorated and super clean. After the hair color was done she cut my hair, originally I had a shoulder length bob, she suggested we put in long layers so that it’ doesn’t look so much like a triangle. She gave me a great cut that I’m sure I can do myself. Everything turned out great, Im very thankful to Jessie for getting me ready for summer!

I'm so lucky to have found Jessie! It's not easy to find a hairdresser who can do a precise a haircut as she does. Perfection! My style is not easy to accomplish but Jessie (trained in NYC under expert tutelage) has never failed in making my hair look easy, silky, and perfect. I LOVE the massage I get when my hair is washed too! I recommend her without hesitation.
