Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Multicare

Service was a bit slow- 25 minutes until car brought inside for service to begin.
During the oil change service the upsell on additional services was a hard sell of unneeded services. Perhaps better if upsell services were desired asked at beginning salvo

People don’t always speak highly of Jiffy Lube in general, but this location deserves more credit than the standard reputation. Every time I’ve come here, the service has been fast, organized, and professional. Today I needed tires and they had me taken care of quickly oil change and new tires all done in little over an hour.

What really stands out is how they treat customers. When you pull up, they meet you at your car, walk you to the lobby, and even hold the door. Every employee did it consistently, and that says a lot about the management and the training here.

Overall, this Jiffy Lube is reliable, respectful, and much better than what most people expect. I’m glad I found this spot.

I have 3 vehicles that I have been bringing here since I moved to the area 3 years ago. Absolute top notch service, professional and respectful. They make you aware of any potential issues with the car without any sales pressure. The entire staff is amazing at the Howell, NJ shop and the speed of service is top notch. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the service I received today at the Howell Jiffy Lube truly deserved one. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional.

I honestly didn’t expect a team member to come right over, open my car door, and greet me with such a friendly welcome. Then, as I walked inside, another associate held the door open for me — small gestures, but they made a big difference.

The team leader, Dorian, was super professional, pleasant, and clearly runs a great crew. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they had me in and out in about 15 minutes — incredibly efficient! What really impressed me most was their honesty. They understood that my car is fairly new and didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need. That kind of integrity is rare these days.
