My overall experience with Solutions by J&J was great! After a short discussion with J&J over the phone and several messages, they decided to visit me on the SAME DAY. They left messages and let me know they were on the way, and arrived when expected. John and Joe arrived with a highly-rated replacement sump pump and all the materials needed. They gave me an estimate onsite and began to work right away. John and Joe were very thorough and went over the work with me when the job was finished. Both of them were very polite and professional. I'm happy with the work they did.
