Good communication. Time declared for arrival 8 mins, real time 35mins. Guy on the phone asked what will be the pricing - never mentioned the 100USD delivery/pick up fee ( when the mechanic needs to go buy a spare part charged at the same time by hour). Paying by credit card - no mobile machine in the service van, waited more 30mins for someone to come to bring it. Bottom line - changing a brake chamber took 3hrs and bill 828USD tax in.
