I can’t thank Ted and his team enough for the excellent service I received in planning my mother’s funeral. I really felt my needs were listened to and there was zero pressure to add on additional services that I didn’t want. I never felt rushed during the process and everything turned out perfectly. The staff at John E Day Funeral home were all compassionate, friendly and very thoughtful during our time of need. Ted was professional and respectful from day one. Jasmine, Emily, Josie, and Amanda were all a big help as well. I had so many questions that they promptly answered. There was someone always available to answer my call and/or emails. On the day of the services, they made the day as comfortable and seamless as possible. I would highly recommend.

Amazing place. Loved and trusted Ginny Sanzo, the Funeral Director. She took a very difficult situation for me and my family and made it as easy as possible by just listening, being sensitive, caring, professional and reliable. She was so responsible, helpful, and resourceful in so many ways to try to fulfill our requests. It was a wonderful experience for us at this funeral because of Ginny. I couldn't thank her enough, she was really the best and is such a professional. I highly recommend this place.

My siblings and I recently lost our mom in our 20s and had to quickly step into planning arrangements with no prior experience in how any of it works. Sheri and Ginny guided us through the process with the utmost professionalism, empathy, and organization. Every service was absolutely beautiful, without a single bump in the road.
