In August 2025, my husband Ron passed away. Having lived in Tinton Falls just a few years, I hadn’t a clue which funeral home to use. I searched the internet and the first one I saw was Bongarzone. I made an appmt with Kellie, the Funeral Director, and my family was so happy I made this decision. Kellie was heartfelt, kind and always available when my family needed her. She always over extended herself and took care of all our concerns. Bongarzone, in of itself, is a lovely funeral home with only one funeral at a time. It’s cozy and offered 2 rooms: one for the wake and one for a meet and greet. My family couldn’t have been more at peace with my decision. Thank you again, Kellie, for holding our hands through this sad and mournful time. It was an honor to work with you.

From the very first time I met Kellie, the Funeral Director—while my mom was still in hospice—I felt confident that the team at Bongarzone Funeral Home could be trusted with her final arrangements. The facility is clean, modern, and tastefully designed. Family and friends were deeply impressed by my mom’s appearance; her hair and makeup were beautifully done, a true testament to the exceptional quality of their embalming services. Since we live nearby, Kellie went above and beyond by personally delivering my mom’s urn and extra memorial service cards to our home. It's hard to explain the depth of my gratitude for the people at Bongarzone. My father past away out of state, and I called a few places to find someone who could manage the entire process for me. Kellie was exceptional - she was caring, responsive, and reliable. She guided me with numerous things - she is incredibly knowledgable. They are also very fair in their pricing - they do not gouge people at their worst moments - something I deeply appreciated. And the facility at Bongarzone is very nice and well appointed. There is no way I would have been able to manage all the arrangements without her and their team. They were perfect.
My beloved wife passed away due to cancer and unfortunately, we didn't discuss in detail what she wanted for funeral arrangements except that she wanted to be cremated. Anthony empathetically walked us through possible options and was very patient with us as we mulled everything over. It's so hard to decide on anything when you lose someone so dear but we never felt pressured into any services and Anthony even helped with a few requests from difficult family members. This is the first funeral I had to arrange so I don't know if this level of service is typical but we felt very comfortable with Anthony and Bongarzone Funeral Home.
